Introduction

Autonmis is operated by Autonmis. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Autonmis platform.

Data we collect

  • Account information: Name, email address, and company name collected at registration.
  • Usage data: Query execution events, dashboard views, and feature usage — collected for product improvement and metering.
  • Audit logs: Every user action is recorded in our audit system for governance and compliance purposes.
  • Connection credentials: Database credentials provided by users, stored AES-256-GCM encrypted at the application layer — never stored in plaintext.

Data we do not collect

We do not store customer row data. Queries execute directly against your databases. Only metadata, Knowledge Base context, and audit logs exist in Autonmis-owned storage.

How we use your data

  • To operate and improve the platform
  • To send product communications (transactional email via Resend)
  • To enforce plan tier limits and generate marketplace metering records

Data storage and security

  • Primary database: Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest
  • All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2 or higher
  • HSTS enforced on all responses
  • Audit logs retained for 7 years with immutable S3 archive

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Supabase — authentication and database
  • Resend — email delivery
  • AWS S3 — audit log archiving
  • Slack — notification delivery where configured by user

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@app.autonmis.com.

Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication. These are HTTP-only and Secure. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

We will notify users of material changes via email.
